175 Days Until the Conference!  I can’t wait!

Get excited! Judy Huyck, VP of Education, has been hard at work scheduling teachers with exciting classes. With 20+ half and full day Core Conference Classes and 3 pre-conference Master Classes there is a variety of options for building up your skills and learning something new. Complete details will be revealed in the upcoming brochure, so stay tuned...

This year, we have not one but TWO tours planned - one before Core and another after the Conference! More information about tours, conference classes and events is coming soon in the brochure.

Our keynote speaker this year is none other than Kathleen Spike, our organization’s first President and author of "Sew to Success"! If you have a copy, bring it along for a book signing opportunity. Limited copies will also be available for purchase.

Dress Code: Professional casual. Wear something you've made or create something special for this occasion. This beautiful, historical hotel is the perfect setting to showcase your skills! You will want to plan on dressing up for the Membership Showcase Fashion Show and Challenges!  Better yet, plan to wear your creation in the Show!  We would love to see your skills on the runway. You can also get glammed up for the Annual Banquet/Member Meeting. Did you know this is the 29th Educational Conference? We have so much to celebrate! Join us and get inspired for ASDP's future!

2024 Conference Pricing

Core Conference pricing includes Thursday’s Welcome Reception; 3 days of class options on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; Friday’s Keynote Luncheon and evening Fashion Show; Saturday’s Annual Meeting and Banquet; and Friday’s Farewell Reception.

Conference attendees and locals are invited to discover new products, learn from experts, and connect with the sewing community at our Vendor Marketplace from October 25th - 27th.

Registration Timeline

  • Member registration begins July 1st
  • Non-member registration begins August 1st
  • Late registration begins September 15th
