We are thrilled to be working on the 28th Annual Educational Conference of the Association of Sewing and Design Professionals (ASDP) which will be held October 19-23, 2023, in Denver, CO. This year’s conference “Casual Couture: Elevate Your Business to New Heights" features high-caliber instruction in sewing techniques, fitting, creative design, business practices, and other aspects of sewing and design.
This conference promises to be an exciting event filled with valuable educational and networking opportunities, while celebrating the art and business of sewing & design.
2023 Conference Pricing
Core Conference pricing includes Thursday’s Welcome Reception; 3 days of class options on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; Friday’s Keynote Luncheon and evening Fashion Show; Saturday’s Annual Meeting and Banquet; and Friday’s Farewell Reception.

Travel & Accomodations
Transportation: Denver International Airport (DEN) is the main airport serving the Denver area. As with many other large cities, traffic can cause significant delays; arriving late morning/midday offers the best chance of avoiding long travel times.
The hotel for the conference is located South of downtown Denver, about 27 miles from the airport. Rental cars, taxis, rideshares, or public transportation are available. You can take an Uber, Lyft, taxi or navigate the transit system. A transit ticket is currently $10.50 (prices are subject to change) rideshare and taxi transports will cost $35-50+.

The conference team has arranged a discounted guest room base rate of $159/night for Single/Double occupancy, $175 for Triple, and $191 for Quad. These rates are available throughout the conference and three days pre- and post-conference for those that like to arrive early or stay late. A maximum of four guests per room. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
